Step 1 – Open your computer and click twice on the dragon icon on your desktop.
Step 2 – Now you have to open the Windows taskbar, on which you can choose the Dragon NaturallySpeaking under the Programs section.
Step 3 – Then, you must go to the system tray and right click on the microphone icon. As soon as you will click on the icon, you will have the same menu options on the screen as you have in the DragonBar.
Step 4 – On the Windows 10 Start screen, you will be prompted with many icons, you have to make sure to select the icon for Dragon NaturallySpeaking.
Step 5 – By choosing this option, you can easily launch Nuance Dragon software DragonBar.
Here, you can dictate the documents and control the operations of speech recognition software which can be customized as per your preferences.
Step 6 – However, when you try to launch Nuance Dragon software, it will ask you to select a user. If you have only one user, it will continue without asking.
Step 7 – Once the software has finished launching, the speech recognition software will display the User Dialog Box on the screen.
Click on the user profile with which you’d like to continue and then you will be all set to roll in.
Note – If you have shared the same copy of your Nuance Dragon software, then each person should have their unique profile.
You can also add a user by yourself by visiting the DragonBar and choosing the Profile and then New User Profile option.
Choosing this will launch the same New User Wizard you used to set up Dragon for yourself. Also note that you can easily switch through one profile to another without needing to restart the software.
